Look Cycle, an icon of precision engineering and performance cycling, saw an opportunity to bring greater consistency, clarity, and impact to how the brand shows up in physical retail environments around the world. As the brand expanded its presence across Europe, the United States, and Asia, Look needed a unified retail strategy and identity system capable of expressing its high-performance DNA in every showroom, exhibition, and store within a store environment.
At the same time, Look Cycle sought to elevate its presence at industry events, strengthen its in store storytelling, and create a scalable framework that could adapt to different markets, partners, and store formats.



Principle began by creating the foundational retail and brand guidelines Look Cycle needed to bring structure, cohesion, and clarity to its instore universe. These guidelines established a consistent design system, visual language, and customer facing experience that could travel across borders and formats.
From there, the partnership expanded into a true end to end engagement:
ProDays Paris
We designed, produced, and installed Look’s custom bicycle stands, transforming a live exhibition moment into a high impact physical expression of the brand. The result was a tactile, immersive environment that showcased Look’s products with the same precision and performance that define the brand.
Global Retail Expansion
We supported the rollout of Look’s new retail environment across France, Italy, Spain, and select markets in Asia, ensuring that each location expressed the brand with consistency while adapting intelligently to local retail realities.
United States Store within a Store
We produced Look Cycle’s first store within a store concept in the U.S., delivering every phase, from concepting and engineering through to manufacturing, logistics, and on site installation. Across every geography, Principle’s integrated approach meant Look Cycle benefited from a seamless workflow, unified standards, and a partner capable of delivering with speed, precision, and uncompromising quality.

The partnership enabled Look Cycle to express its performance driven identity consistently across markets, strengthening brand presence, elevating instore engagement, and creating memorable customer experiences wherever riders encounter the brand.
What began as a single foundational project has evolved into a multi market, multi channel relationship that continues to shape Look Cycle’s global retail strategy. Today, riders around the world experience a clearer, more powerful Look brand rooted in its engineering heritage and brought to life through cohesive, best in class retail environments.
