INEOS Automotive was preparing for one of the most ambitious launches in the sector: introducing the Grenadier, a brand new vehicle, while simultaneously bringing an entirely new automotive company to life. With more than 150 global dealers selected for launch, INEOS needed a partner capable of guiding conceptual showroom designs through full technical development, engineering, prototyping, manufacturing, and implementation, without losing sight of the distinctive character of both the INEOS brand and its individual dealers.
This was an opportunity to create a scalable retail identity from the ground up and deliver it consistently across an international network, all while balancing central brand standards with local dealer flexibility.



Principle established a comprehensive team to drive consistency, compliance, and quality at every stage of the end to end process. While a unified kit of parts ensured familiarity across all locations, dealers were intentionally given flexibility to personalize their spaces with unique elements that connected with their specific customer base.
To support this global rollout, we built a regional team of CI Managers dedicated to helping dealers navigate design approvals, supplier sourcing, and project coordination. Working from the conceptual showroom designs, we led the technical development, including engineering, prototyping, and material/finish specifications to ensure every environment embodied the Grenadier’s utilitarian, high p erformance character.
The result was a suite of three scalable showroom formats: Base, Compound, and Outpost, allowing the corporate identity to adapt seamlessly to different facility types and market contexts worldwide.


Principle successfully manufactured and fitted out over 100 new INEOS retail showrooms worldwide, delivering every project on time, on budget, and with complete alignment to brand standards. Through the Principle Connect Portal, INEOS teams received real time program visibility, supported by interactive dashboards that maintained transparency across global markets.
