Principle partnered with BYD and Denza to deliver interior fitout solutions across new dealership environments in Europe. Our teams led the production and installation of furniture and retail elements, ensuring consistency, quality, and brand alignment across every location.

For Denza, we elevated the design intent through a sharper focus on materials, detailing, and the nuances of a premium customer journey. Every touchpoint was approached with rigor, from the sophistication of finishes to the coherence of the environment.

Our on the ground teams coordinated closely with regional stakeholders, managing precise execution and seamless installation for each dealership. The Milan dealership, highlighted in this case study, demonstrates the strength of that coordination, translating a rapidly evolving brand identity into a highperforming retail environment in a key European market.
