Challenges

When the food-to-go brand EAT faced increasing competition, it sought to re-ignite the brand, drive growth, and improve its market value. Our challenge was to retain the ethos of the brand which was all about creating and serving real food, while using design to move it forward.

We started with the core brand DNA – a belief that real food is honest, uncomplicated, healthy and authentic. Using these as a springboard for our design principles, we reinvented the entire brand experience and customer journey.
