Lloyds Banking Group approached Principle with a significant expansion of their branch refurbishment program. While the Rubix project was already progressing, LBG identified a new opportunity: accelerate improvements across its network by introducing a Tier 2 contractor model for smaller, light touch refresh sites.
This shift required rapid mobilization. LBG initially requested 15 sites for delivery, each requiring full site surveys, construction drawings, and stakeholder approvals, at pace and with uncompromising consistency. The opportunity was to demonstrate Principle’s ability to scale, coordinate across multiple internal teams, and deliver under tight timelines for a growing national program.



Principle deployed a deeply collaborative, multi disciplinary approach to meet the accelerated program needs.

The success of this Q4 program demonstrated Principle’s operational agility and strategic consistency, enabling LBG to confidently expand the scope.


Following the successful delivery of the first 15 sites, LBG awarded Principle 64 additional sites, with another 45 sites projected to come.
This momentum reinforced Principle’s position as a trusted partner capable of delivering high volume, multi phase programs with speed, accuracy, and brand integrity.
